The PlexPrime® SARS-COV-2 L452Q Lambda kit contains primers and probes for the simultaneous detection of 2 viral RNA targets – SARS-CoV-2 RdRp gene, and SARS-CoV-2 S-gene mutation L452Q, using PlexPCR® (PlexZyme® & PlexPrime®) technology. This kit can be used in conjunction with the PlexPCR® Sapphire Core Reagents.
