PlexMonkeypox

PlexMonkeypox is a 1 well, multiplex qPCR that simultaneously detects: the Orthopox L1R gene and the Monkeypox virus specific Serine Protease Inhibitor (SPI) gene. The mix is also combined with an endogenous control.

DermatoPlex

Dermatophyte key target detection

The DermatoPlex assay is a research use only (RUO) 1-well multiplex qPCR consisting of 4 readouts. Readout 1 detects Trichophyton rubrum complex (T. rubrum, T. soudanense, and T. violaceum); Readout 2 detects Trichophyton mentagrophytes complex (T. mentagrophytes, T. interdigitale, and T. indotineae); Readout 3 detects Candida spp targets (including albicans, glabrata, orthopsilosis, tropicalis, and parapsilosis); and Readout 4 is a control to monitor extraction efficiency and qPCR inhibition.
