The PlexPrime® SARS-COV-2 Alpha/Beta/Gamma+ components also identifies Omicron variants, including BA.2 and contains primers and probes for the simultaneous detection of 4 viral RNA targets – SARS-CoV-2 RdRp gene, and SARS-CoV-2 S-gene mutations E484K, S982A and, N501Y using  PlexPCR® (PlexZyme® & PlexPrime®) technology. These components can be used in conjunction with the PlexPCR® Sapphire Core Reagents.
